TULSA, Okla.— Circle Cinema wants to give moviegoers the star treatment on the day of the Oscar Awards, Sunday, March 27.
The fundraising event for the nonprofit Circle Cinema Foundation will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a Red Carpet arrival hosted by OKPOP, live musical performances by award-winning R&B artist Branjae, trivia and photo-ops with KTUL NewsChannel 8’s Sunny Leigh, drink specials at the bar, and complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
The festivities will continue through the evening with the awards show broadcast live on the big screen at 7:00 p.m. from KTUL NewsChannel 8.
General admission tickets are $30 for Circle Members and $35 for soon-to-be Members. Tickets include all of the glitz and glam of the Red Carpet Experience. It also includes a seat in the largest auditorium to watch the awards, swag, and a ballot contest with a grand prize given at the end of the night to the attendee that correctly picks the most winners.
Formal wear is encouraged as there will be a best dressed contest judged by OKPOP.
VIP, perks, and more
Three exclusive VIP viewing sponsorships are available for parties seeking an A-list evening. These include recognition in promotional materials, all of the Red Carpet Experience perks, plus a private auditorium for each group to watch the awards with pre-show comedy from author and humorist Barry Friedman. The perks will also include a personal food and beverage spread inside the auditorium.
The “Best Picture” sponsorship for up to 40 guests in Screen 2 is $5000, “Leading Role” sponsorship for up to 30 guests in Screen 3 is $3500, and “Supporting Role” sponsorship for up to 10 guests in Screen 4 is $1200.
