Anum Qadir is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has worked with nonprofit and philanthropy clients on strategic planning, growth strategies, capacity building, and organizational effectiveness. Across her work, Anum has had a particular focus on issues of economic mobility and racial equity, supporting clients to better understand and address systemic barriers that unlock opportunity for all.
