GREENWOOD DIST. – Tulsa community members are invited to join a virtual re-election town hall and rally featuring Tulsa City Councilwoman Vanessa Hall-Harper of District 1, moderated by Tulsa community leader Greg Robinson. The event will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 5:30 pm CST and will be streamed live on The Black Wall Street Times’ digital platforms: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
Councilwoman Vanessa Hall-Harper, who has represented District 1 since 2016, will discuss her accomplishments and future plans for the district and city. Known for her dedicated advocacy and leadership, Hall-Harper has focused on economic development, public safety, and social justice. She has been instrumental in addressing disparities in North Tulsa, working tirelessly to improve conditions and opportunities for residents through initiatives related to education, healthcare, and community revitalization.
